Jim Kerr, President/Owner
Jim Kerr started working at his father's pest control business during his early teen years. Jim's 68 years of experience and expertise are without a rival in the Philadelphia area. Each day he leads the company with his guidance and strong work ethic. The buck stops with Jim and he can be reached at ext. 227.
Scott Kerr, Vice President
Following in the footsteps of his father, Scott Kerr also grew up with the business and strives to carry on with the family tradition of placing the customer first. Scott is responsible for the termite control and carpentry repair divisions, and the ongoing development of the business. Scott can be reached at ext 231.
David Earwood, CEO - Chief Exterminating Officer
With a solid 22 years of experience in pest control in the Delaware Valley, Dave manages the day to day operations. From overseeing scheduling to employee accountability, Dave focuses on our customer's needs to ensure impeccable service. If you ever have any problem with any employee (we don't think you will!) Debbie Kerr Earwood, Controller
Debbie Earwood has also dedicated her career to Modern Exterminating ensuring loyal, happy customers. Debbie is the third generation of the Modern Exterminating family. Responsible for accounts receivable and accounts payable, Debbie is here to help. She can be reached at ext. 228.
Stuart Kaplan, Account Administrator
